|WALTER RIDLEY is the founder and President/CEO of The Ridley Group and Associates, LLC. His work history covers service as a Warden, Parole Board Chair, Deputy Director and Director of Corrections in the District of Columbia and Church Administrator. With more than 43 years of public service and undaunted commitment to human service and community ministry, Mr. Ridley understands inter agency relations and the complex workings of the Federal, State and Local Governments. Mr. Ridley is a frequent lecturer, speaker, consultant and instructor of criminal justice and public safety issues. For his outstanding contributions to corrections, Mr. Ridley was awarded the highest honor in American Corrections, the E.R. Cass Correctional Achievement Award in 2006.

|GHIA RIDLEY PEARSON, Chief Operating Officer, has more than 16 years of experience in the Criminal Justice, Corrections, Mental Health and Juvenile Justice Fields providing services ranging from direct care to leadership as Case Manager/Aftercare Specialist, Senior Investigator, Trainer, Special Assistant, Sr. Manager/Chief of Staff and Director of Behavioral Health for the State of Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. Mrs.Ridley Pearson provides a cross section of training and services including, but not limited to anger management (individual & group), conflict resolution and mediation. Mrs. Ridley Pearson holds a B.A. Criminal Justice (North Carolina Central University), M.A. Counseling Psychology (Bowie State University) and National Certification in Anger Management (National Anger Management Association)

|CARLANDA HATTON, Carlanda Hatton (Juene), Business Development Specialist/Trainer, has more than 20 years of experience in business administration, training and operational management. As a member of the team, Ms. Hatton provides support to the team in the areas of administrative support, business development, project/program management and training. Ms. Hatton holds an A.A. Chemical Engineering (Norwalk State Technical College) and is pursuing Business Project Management Certification at the University of Maryland University College.
